From our cows, and with the help of our hardworking cowhands and farmers, we produce roughly 7000 liters of milk in a week. Holly’s 100% Premium Farm Fresh Milk (available in whole or low-fat) was our first ‘baby’. It was developed and formulated with the help of experts from the Dairy Training and Research Institute of the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (DTRI-UPLB).
Over the course of six short years, our premium milk product evolved into other nutritious dairy items like chocolate milk, yoghurt, and sour cream. We also make various cheeses as cottage cheese, cream cheese, quesong puti and Gouda-style cheese. Interestingly, the award-winning Carmen’s Best Ice Cream, a brainchild of Mr. Magsaysay’s son, Paco, uses only fresh cream and milk sourced from RFDFI.
